About the Badgers

Hi and welcome! This page chronicles the adventures of two new parents raising a little boy by the name of Badger. We're a military family, so we move around a lot. Currently, we're stationed at Ft. Bragg near Fayetteville, NC after living in Washington, Virginia, and Kansas. 

Before Badger arrived, I worked in libraries and nonprofits, both as a librarian and as a marketing professional. My husband is an officer in the Army. We both love our dogs, running, home improvement, craft beer, and retro cocktail jazz...and of course, Badger most of all.

We had a long road to build our family. Although this blog is primarily about life with our son, I will occasionally talk about our experience with infertility and donor egg IVF.
